As a designer tasked with reimagining IKEA's cherry pie recipe guide, my goal is to transform traditional recipe formats into a more engaging, user-friendly experience. This project is about breaking down the barriers of cooking, using design to simplify complex steps, and incorporating IKEA's ethos of efficiency and minimalism. Through this design, we're not just baking a pie; we're crafting an experience that inspires creativity and brings joy to the kitchen.
Solution
We crafted the cherry pie recipe guide with an innovative layout that organizes information hierarchically, ensuring users can easily follow along without feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, interactive elements were introduced to encourage engagement and exploration, such as QR codes linking to tutorial videos, making the cooking process not just informative but also an interactive experience.
